Basic maps built into the game. Loops never end: ride round and round, every pass of the line is counted. Climbs turn you around at the top for the descent.
Upload a GPX file from gpx.studio, Strava, Komoot or Garmin. The world around it is generated for where the route is.
Pick a structured workout to ride on any route. In ERG mode the trainer holds the target power for you; without ERG you follow the target yourself and the trainer simulates the road.
Every ride over a minute is saved in this browser. Download the FIT file and upload it to Strava, TrainingPeaks, Garmin Connect or intervals.icu.
Trainer difficulty: how much of the road’s gradient you feel. 100 % is the real slope, 50 % feels like half of it (Zwift’s default). It does not change your speed in the game.
Upper limit of each zone in bpm. They start from 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 % of your max heart rate; change them if you know yours.
Choose what each slot shows. Top bar (first slot is the big one), side panel, and the lap screen that appears when you press Space.
Click a key to change it, then press the new key. Arrow keys, PageUp/PageDown and the mouse move the free-look camera.
Your health. Indoor training and the fitness tests (ramp test, critical power test) are hard efforts. If you are not sure your health allows it, ask a doctor first, and stop if you feel unwell. You use Sycle at your own risk.
Your data. Without an account, your rides, settings, routes and workouts stay in this browser on this device. With a free account they are also stored in our database (Supabase) so you can use them on any device; only you can read them, and deleting a ride in the app deletes it there too. We use your e-mail to run your account, and for news only if you ticked that box. To delete your account and all its data, write to us. The trainer and sensors connect straight to the browser over Bluetooth. FIT files are only made when you download them. The page loads no trackers or ad networks; our host counts visits without cookies.
Not affiliated. Sycle is not connected with Zwift, Strava, Garmin, TrainingPeaks, intervals.icu or the organisers of any race. Their names only say which file formats and services Sycle works with. Place names say where a route is set; the routes and landscapes are generated.
